Flexability executive coaching program is led by our Principal and Founder, Nancy Geenen—a serial entrepreneur and industry veteran who advises, coaches, and mentors business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives who are eager to champion company culture, improve employee retention, and cultivate their leadership skills.

Nancy worked as a trial attorney for 25 years—including two years as a prosecutor for the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland, and as a Partner at Foley & Lardner. Her experiences have provided valuable insights on how to navigate the most difficult challenges, simplify the complex, and find common ground.

She aims to create independence through mentoring and coaching, and she takes particular pride in watching teams build trust and grow personally and professionally.
